Fast forward a number of years and I now work as a Leader in Education, managing and advising schools throughout London, England.
With a passion to help people like yourself to reach their desired potential, I trained with some of the best teachers in the world in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy and learned the importance of language and suggestion for personal growth.

This book contains a series of life-changing, tried-and-tested, memorable rhymes and exercises based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy; plus, some plain common sense!
